The Thrill of Victory and The Agony of Defeat
For the Abington Heights baseball team the season is officially over.
The Comets lost a heat breaking game to the West York Bulldogs yesterday
at Walter Stump Stadium in Pine Grove. It was a roller coaster affair
for the team hailing from Clarks Summit as they went into the 6th with a
3 run lead only to see their hopes of capturing a state title disappear
in the final inning with a rally from the West York team.
